Fashion and style can be found at any price, anywhere, and in all different forms! But buying used or thrifted clothing contributes to a more sustainable planet, reducing waste in our landfills. Luckily, thrifting and secondhand fashion continues to be an integral part of street style! Still haven’t found your personal style? You may discover it among the racks of vintage, classic, or current items at Goodwill!
This year, we’re partnering with Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania to bring guests the Goodwill Fashion Challenge on April 22nd in Market Square from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Did you know that in 2015, Goodwill recycled over 25 million pounds of material?
• By donating and shopping at Goodwill, you are helping someone in our local community get a job!
• Don’t have time to visit a store? Checked out Goodwill’s online shopping site!
The Goodwill Fashion Challenge will allow Pittsburgh stylists and bloggers to use Goodwill items to create their favorite Street Style look using sustainable clothing and accessories. Goodwill curating experts will gather the most chic and funky finds throughout the Goodwill stores in the region to provide a closet full of options for the stylists to use!
