Amanda Gorecki
Host / Emcee
Amanda was raised throughout the Mon Valley region and is a proud graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School. She continued her education at the University of Pittsburgh, where she quickly fell in love with the city she now proudly calls home.
While she once considered a career in social work—driven by her genuine passion for helping others—Amanda ultimately discovered her true calling in events, launching her career with the United States Golf Association. From there, she transitioned into media, beginning in radio sales, where she flourished for nearly seven years.
Today, Amanda brings her energy, authenticity, and deep love for Pittsburgh to the airwaves each morning as co-host of the Y’d Awake Morning Show from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Y108, connecting with listeners and starting their days with positivity and personality.
When she’s not on the radio, Amanda embraces everything Pittsburgh has to offer. You can find her participating in many of the city’s races, exploring its vibrant food scene, and giving back to causes close to her heart. She is a passionate advocate for organizations such as the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, the Alzheimer Association, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, and Tickets for Kids—continuing her lifelong commitment to making a meaningful impact in her community.

Daisy Jade
Host / Emcee
Pittsburgh native Daisy Jade brings the energy every weekday morning as a correspondent on KDKA-TV’s lifestyle and entertainment talk show, PITTSBURGH TODAY LIVE. Since joining CBS Pittsburgh in 2016, she’s also made her mark as Host and Producer of THE CW BUZZ with Pittsburgh's CW, and as Co-Host of the award-winning series FAN N'ATION, which celebrated die-hard Pittsburgh sports fans around the world.
A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, Daisy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts and Film Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. One of her favorite roles? Starting as Sarah Brown in GUYS AND DOLLS. Since making her professional acting debut in 1999, she’s appeared in national and regional commercials, films, and TV shows - including a recent role as a newscaster in Amazon Prime's AMERICAN RUST with Jeff Daniels.
Off camera, she’s just as versatile - working behind the scenes as a shoot production coordinator, talent agent and even as a personal assistant to actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry.
