There’s zero milk or cream in this refreshing, creamy warm weather treat that tastes like dessert but secretly includes a whole cup of spinach, plus bananas, dates and ginger. The sweet, zippy, palate-cleansing flavors make for a delicious end to a spicy meal. Enjoy!

High speed blender with a tamper, such as Vitamix
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach

- Place all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender, in the order listed above.
- Secure the lid and place the tamper through the hole in the center of the lid.
- Turn the blender on and set to “frozen dessert” if you have a Vitamix, or “medium” on a regular blender.
