Recycled Design Challenge

Are you a fan of trashion? Love to upcycle something old into a beautiful outfit?

If so, this challenge is for you! We want you to create something beautiful either by repurposing an old clothing item or by upcycling something unexpected into a one-of-a-kind wearable item. Clothing, shoes, jewelry – if you can wear it, it counts!

Here’s how you can enter:

  1. Post a photo on your feed of that gorgeous item you’ve crafted. Tell us a little bit about what it’s made from and how you crafted it.
  2. Be sure to use the hashtags #Ecolution2020  and #PghEarthDay.
  3. Tag @PghEarthDay on your Instagram and Twitter and @PittsburghEarthDay on your Facebook posts
  4. Make sure you’re following us!
