Grilled cheese sandwich with cucumbers & Goat Rodeo Chèvre on Allegro Hearth Sourdough bread. Customers can add on a local Natrona soda pop.
The combo of juice, vegan cookie, 1/2 sandwich and small soup will be Earth Day special.
Some new items that met the meal special guidelines being vegetarian, sustainable, or local: Juices, Vegan lasagna, Spinach Hummus sandwich, Vegan and vegetarian soups daily, Vegan cookies, Vegan polenta, Vegan Strombinis.

Local pastured pork sausage with their locally grown organic garbanzo fries for $12. Vegan guests may sub Franktuary’s vegan sausage for the meaty one.
A locally sourced Earth Day special, the “Iron City Beef” sandwich special. Meat comes from a local butcher and the bread from breadworks. They will also have their vegetarian special a Bahn Mi running that day.
