What is ‘Earth to Table’?
We’re excited to announce that the new ongoing culinary theme of Pittsburgh Earth Day will be Earth to Table! We are thrilled to collaborate with leading sustainable Pittsburgh restaurants to create diverse dishes delectably created from only the freshest, healthiest locally sourced produce. Our goal? To prove that going green in the kitchen doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor, satisfaction, or innovation.

This year, Pittsburgh Earth Day has teamed up with Sustainable Pittsburgh to recognize these leaders for their environmental and community-driven efforts.
